Location:
This building was constructed by the architects Lopez/Beaudoin from Paris as part of the international building exhibition in 1957, and together with the other „Punkthochhäusern“ it gives the popular Hansaviertel area its special atmosphere. On the opposite side of the road there’s the President’s Garden of Bellevue Castle and also the Academy of Arts, always featuring interesting exhibitions. Various sights, such as Bellevue Castle, the Column of Victory, the Chancellor’s office, the Reichstag are in easy walking distance. In addition to that, the city (East and west) will be yours- due to the excellent connection with public transport (underground/trains/bus).

1-room apartment (40,00 m/2)including the balcony, spacious lounge/bedroom, kitchenette, and a tiled bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The apartment is suitable for 1-3 persons.
Interior: 2 comfortable single beds, 90 x 200 cm each, and 1 modern bedcaoch. Bedding and towels are provided. Cable TV, dining area for 3 persons; the fitted cupboard offers plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electronic cooker, fridge, cutlery, crockery, a coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster, and is thus suitable and convenient for self catering.
House and Surroundings: The apartment is on the first floor (elevator available) of a quiet and clean building near the Tiergarten.
There are various restaurants and shops near it. Also, there’s a shopping mall with a supermarket, bakery etc at the near underground station U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (100 m).
