The newly fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, cutlery and crockery, coffee machine and toaster and is thus ideally suited for self catering.
Building and surroundings
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet and clean new building directly by the Spree.
For your daily needs there are various little shops in the neighbourhood, and a shopping area with a supermarket, bakery etc by the underground station U-Bahnhof Hansaplatz (300 m).
