Cable TV, dining area for up to 4 people, the cupboard and suspended ceiling wardrobe in the corridor provide generous space for clothes and luggage. The newly fitted kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, cutlery and crockery, coffee machine and toaster and is thus ideally suited for self catering
House and surroundings
The apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator existing) of a clean and quiet modern housing estate directly by the Spree. For your daily needs there a various little shops in the neighbourhood, and a shopping area with a supermarket, bakery etc by the underground U-Bahnhof Hansaplatz (300 m).

On request, we provide a free parking space right in front of the house.
