Location
The building is located in a quiet side alley only 15 minutes walking distance to famous Kurfuerstendamm. Many sights can be easily reached from here, like for example Kurfürstendamm, the Zoological Garden with Aquarium, the Column of Victory in the Tiergarten, Potsdamer Platz and many more! Next underground station is 2- 3 minutes walking distance.

Public transport connection
The quickest and most convenient way to get to your apartment from Tegel Airport is by Taxi, which will take you there in approximately 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take TXL Bus, that will take you to Zoologischer Garten in approximately 20 minutes.
From main train station Zoologischer Garten it is only three underground stops to the flat. Take underground line U9 to Günzelstraße. Ist only a 3 minute walk from there. This 1-room apartment is of very high standard. (35 m/2)With spacious lounge/bedroom, south-west balcony (4,5 m/2), small fitted kitchen and newly tiled bathroom with shower. This apartment is ideal for 1-3 persons.
Interior
Lounge and corridor of this light and sunny apartment have laminated floor, the 4,5 m/2 south-west balcony is nearly like a second room in summer.
Furniture- 1 comfortable double bed 180 x 200, 1 camp bed 80x198, bedding/towels provided. Dining area for 4 persons, a comfortable resting chair, cable TV and a big drawer chest and spacious cupboard in the corridor provide enough space for clothes and suitcases.
The lovely small kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, cutlery and crockery, a coffee machine and a toaster, and is suitable for both preparing breakfast and a whole week‘s dinners.
Building and surroundings
The apartments are on 4th and 5th floor (elevator existing) of a quiet residential estate. There’s a bakery and a supermarket just over the road, and there’s more shops on nearby Prager Platz. (Aldi, Reichelt etc.)

A parking space can be rented for 5 Euros a day on request.
