Location:
The building is located south of the famous Kurfuerstendamm, in the city centre of West Berlin. A large number of sights are in easy walking distance, like for example the Kurfuerstendamm, Kaiser Willhelm Memorial Church, the Zoological Garden with its famous Aquarium, the Tiergarten, Kulturforum, Varietee Wintergarten and of course Potsdamer Platz.
Public transport connection:
The quickest and most convenient way to get to your apartment from Tegel Airport is by Taxi, which will take you there in approximately 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take TXL Bus, that will take you to Zoologischer Garten in approximately 20 minutes.
From main train station Zoologischer Garten it is only three underground stops to the flat. Take underground line U9 to Günzelstraße. It's only a 3 minute walk from there. Grocery stores for your daily shopping needs are very close, a bakery is just opposite the house (open 7 days a week).
