In March 2005 new renovated and nice furnitured 2-room apartments in chosen modern housing estate in Berlin Mitte at Checkpoint-Charlie.
Situated downtown Berlin-Mitte
Berlin-Mitte - do you need a more precise description of a position? You are situated in the middle of our capital city and are able to reach many important places of interest onfoot.
Checkpoint-Charlie, Wallmuseum and the shoppingmile Friedrichstrasse round the corner, Potsdamer Platz, Martin-Gropius-Building and the Galerie 'Topography of Terror' a little walk - stroll up to north along Friedrichstrasse to reach famous 'Unter den Linden, up one side and down the other gives you about a mile of nonstop window-shopping.
The Berlin Public Transport is a densily wowen net at this point: The central underground line 1 which gives you a ride to Berlin Fair Area and the other direction to Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg. The other line 2 leads to Station Zoologischer Garten and the other direction through Berlin-Mitte to Prenzlauer Berg.
Not far away there is a Lidl Supermarket and the Axel-Springer-Passage, a new built shopping center with some good restaurants, shops and a health care center close to the big publishing house Axel Springer.

At daytime the small street is enliven by many people from the close-by offices and tourist from all over the world. Noble shops in
the vicinity show the visitors: Here is Berlin-Mitte, the better area of our capital. Parallel to Charlottenstreet runs Friedrichstrasse with all the dazzling array of shops and department stores (f.e. famous Lafayette) in the lap of luxury...
At nighttime this central living area is calm, quite and safe and brings a silent sleep after an arduous action day.
Description of the Apartments
All our apartments have 2 separate rooms and offer beds for 4 Person - a comfortable cot for a 5th person is available. We also serve a travel crib.
The flats are comfortable big and the rooms are arranged very functionally. The whole living and sleeping area is covered with a dark wood stained parquet flooring.
The house has a large elevator, with one exception, allapartments have a large balcony, even one (1st floor) has a terrace to enjoy the summer evenings outside.

Car-Parking in our underground garage:
Parking lots are naturally very rare in a center of a capital. In this area parking outside in font of the house is 10,00 € a day. Ca. 500m away in another area you can find parking for free of charge, but we offer a better and safe place for the same price than outside at cost price.
If you trave by car, it is the best way to park your car below the house where you live. Please ask for it.
